The Campbell River Women’s Centre supports women through:

• Free walk-in crisis and supportive counseling

• Referral to services for women experiencing violence or abuse
• Wellness education

• Programs for the relief of poverty

Mission Statement for 2012-2013: In 2012-2013, the Vancouver Island North Women’s Resource Society will focus our efforts on providing poverty relief, support and a voice for all women in crisis or at risk of crisis.  We will help women by providing programs and resources that address safety; basic needs for clothing and hygiene; life skills education; and support in achieving autonomy and self-direction during challenging times in their lives
